We were very pleased with Christine's arrangements for a trip to Botswana and Victoria Falls for us. The lodge in Botswana was an excellent choice and we enjoyed our stay in Victoria Falls as well. The multiple transfers went smoothly as did all the flights. Everything worked. I would not hesitate to use Christine's services in the future."PS: You were so right about a guided safari being worthwhile. The guides are awesome and a fountain of information.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your excellent work Christine! I really appreciate your expertise. This will be a great trip [to New York, Greece and Italy] for me and my family. I can't wait for my departure date.
The river cruise on the Rhine was really good. So very different from the Big Cruises. The tours were excellent. The train journey was a challenge … thank goodness for your (Christine) list of trains and the number of the trains too. I don't think we would have been able to do it without that. Tuscany was great - the house was an old renovated Italian property. We did [follow your suggestions and] go to Cinque Terra - had a wonderful day. So all in all - a very good holiday. Thank you so much for all your help and good suggestions.

I knew you (Christine) would be able to help Elisabeth with her travel plans and you certainly did. Elisabeth had a brilliant time and repeatedly told me how grateful she was to have your assistance. You took all the headaches out of travel planning and provided her with outstanding suggestions :) Thanks again for your help. I'll certainly be in contact with you again in future.
We are traveling again … I still think you (Christine) are the most experienced and knowledgeable out of all travels agents I met. And, I enjoyed working with you because you know what you're talking about… I'd love to work with you again.

PLAYING ‘CHICKEN’ WITH AN ELEPHANT
It was hot … 45 C plus humidex ~ it felt like the hottest day ever! We had spent most of it in the pool at a private game lodge, and now it was time for our afternoon game drive through the African bush. We eagerly climbed into an open Landrover, hoping to see an elephant.
After encountering Wildebeest, Kudu, a Monitor Lizard and many species of colourful African birds we suddenly spotted him – Ngani, the bull elephant! Ngani walked along the road, so we had a good view of his huge back-end, swinging rhythmically from side to side with every stride. When Ngani took a short cut through the bush, we managed to get ahead of him and waited… The huge elephant came closer and closer… We could smell him and hear his breathing! By now he was about 5 meters away, flapping his ears and snorting at us… It was high time to leave, and we beat a hasty retreat!
Playing ‘chicken’ with an elephant is exhilarating – but you know, the elephant always wins!
