I want to update you on our trip. The trip was truly excellent. South Africa is beautiful, the hotels were great, the guides were wonderful and the animals in Pumba were very memorable. Everything went exactly according to schedule. The agencies you subcontracted with are real keepers. In fact, the whole trip was among the most memorable ones that we have ever taken. That is really something because we are very frequent travellers who have been to about 48 countries. Michael and I want to thank you for a job very well done.

First, we want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. Second, but also very important, we want to let you know that we are having a marvelous time in Cape Town. The city and its environs are breath taking, the hotel is very comfortable; the rooms are very nice, the food is very good and the location is great. Our guide, Lele, was excellent. He was very informative, had a great personality, and is a natural teacher. We were very pleased with him. We are finished with his guiding us but I am so happy for Susan and Don that they will have several days with him. He gave us great insight into the history, the economics, political situation and social mores. He was just great. I hope that you can convey our satisfaction to his employer.

We wanted to let you know that the trip has been great and everything has gone extremely smoothly and without a hitch. We are having a wonderful time. Bela and Michael raved about Lele and we are very excited about our two days with him when we get to Capetown.
Thank you for helping us put this trip together.

Hi Janice Just a quick note to let you know that we're back from our trip! Tanzania was absolutely incredible! We had such an adventure and Ole and our driver, Elia, made the experience so special. Over the course of our safari, we saw 110 lions (which Ole and Elia said was an unprecedented number), 12 cheetahs, 5 leopards, 3 black rhino, and countless elephants and giraffes. We also became expert bird watchers (although we had a hard time recalling the names) and enjoyed all the magnificent acacia and baobab trees. The tented camp on the Serengeti was magical - so glad we had the opportunity to stay there! We had a hard time saying goodbye on the last day and have promised Ole that when he comes for a visit in Vancouver we'll help him to explore the city. Thanks to you both for making this such a special trip and for all the arrangements you made and planning you did!
