Laura's life and travel experiences led her to join the exciting world of adventure travel in 2008. Having lived in such diverse countries as Pakistan and Ghana growing up definitely made an impression, as did the many travels that have followed in recent years during her time working in the adventure travel industry.
Being an active hiker at home has led Laura to be an active hiker on holiday as well! She’s hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, wandered the villages of Annapurna in Nepal, stood at the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and explored the snowy landscapes of Antarctica all on foot. And let’s not forget the stunning volcanic landscapes on the Laugavegur trek in Iceland! It’s not all about hiking though, Laura has also travelled extensively throughout Europe, Central America and her first foray into the Middle East took her on an exploration of the ancient wonders of Egypt.
With a detail oriented work style and helpful nature, Laura is keen to share these experiences with you and draw from her expertise to assist you in planning your next holiday, wherever it might be!

Hola Laura,
Well, we are back from our amazing trip and I have to take a moment to tell you what a wonderful experience we had. I know I was ‘sweating’ the bottom line price, but now realize what it all entailed. Oceania was wonderful during the cruise portion of our trip and the hotels you chose in Argentina & Peru were fantastic! We were in the middle of everything. We very much enjoyed our Buenos Aires hotel and the walks around the area. The hotel we stayed at in Urubamba was beautiful, but frustrating as we were there for only a short while, would have liked to stay longer. Your local tour operator in Peru was absolutely amazing. They were prompt, professional and made the trip much more special. Thank you so much for being the ‘rock star’ travel agent you are and we have definitely recommended you to our friends and will continue to do so.
....until the next trip....

I just wanted to let you know that my trip was fantastic. Both companies provided great service, the guides always impress me immensely. I was very glad that I had pickup services at both Kathmandu and Kolkata as I arrived late and it was so good to not have to deal with getting to the hotel.
The hike to Everest Base Camp was great, the views were stunning, and I will certainly consider doing the Annapurna hike in the future. India was amazing, the people were wonderful, I never felt threatened, the hotels better than I had expected and the trains were quite comfortable. I certainly could go back to India as well, particularly to see Jaisalmer which was highly recommended.
Thank you for all the work you did in this and how well it all turned out.
